The /r/CryptoCurrency moderation team has noticed a surge in the number of referral links posted lately. We will not tolerate any referral links in any capacity, nor will we tolerate anyone pleading ignorance to the rules that are described in the sidebar.
All referral links will result in a long-term or permanent ban.
Pleading your case in modmail will not undo your ban. Creating an alternate account will not undo your ban, and in fact, it's a violation of Reddit site-wide policy. Our AutoMod catches most referral links as soon as they're posted so they're literally not going to be visible to anyone anyway. And if someone asks you for a referral link, guess what? You still can't post a referral link.
All referral links will be met with a long vacation away from /r/CryptoCurrency.
