Posted this about 2 days ago https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/7xsu2x/2fa_recover/?ref=share&ref_source=link : i didn't take a backup of my google 2fa and my phone broke. I just get locked out of all my accounts but the most important was the one on kucoin, were i have most of my saving.
Sent an email to the support, they answered me in 2 hours with all the instructions to deactivate my google 2fa and in just 1 day or less more i'm in again. They still have a bad english, but this was much more then i would never expect! Thanks Kucoin!
