Few days ago Polish Ministry of Finance
published guidelines for taxes on crypto.
Besides the income tax (18% or 32%) they've added PCC Tax to crypto. For EVERY TRANSACTION ( crypto->crypto, fiat->crypto or crypto->fiat) you are obliged to pay PCC Tax of 1% market value.
Example: You start with 1 BTC (around 7.000$). If you make 500 transactions a day (scenario of selling and buying at the same price), then you have to pay 1% of 7.000$ 500 times, which makes around 35.000$. After a week of trading you have to prepare 3500 papers and all of these should be delivered within 2 weeks of it happening. This makes polish law the most destructive in the world.
We have prepared a PETITION to polish goverment and polish prime minister to fix this ludicrous law.
